1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mother's Angel Child Development & Therapy Center ("Mother's Angel", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website (https://mothersangel.in), booking an evaluation, or enrolling a child in our pediatric therapy programs, you ("Parent", "Guardian", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please consult our administration team before proceeding.
2. Scope of Pediatric Therapy Services
Mother's Angel provides comprehensive early intervention and developmental support, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavioral Intervention (ABA-informed), Special Education, Feeding Therapy, ADL Training, Play Group Therapy, and Parent Counselling.
- Initial Assessment:All therapy interventions begin with a thorough baseline developmental assessment to understand your child's strengths, challenges, and sensory profile.
- Individualized Care Plans: Goal plans and milestone timelines are uniquely customized for each child and reviewed periodically with parents.
- Parent Partnership: Child progress relies heavily on consistency between clinical sessions and recommended home practice routines.
3. Appointments, Scheduling & Punctuality
Therapy slots are reserved exclusively for your child with dedicated licensed specialists:
- Punctuality: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled hour. Late arrivals may receive the remainder of their allotted time slot to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
- Notice for Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours advance notification for session rescheduling or cancellations so the slot can be offered to children on our waitlist.
- Therapist Availability: In the event a therapist is unavailable due to medical emergency, we will arrange a qualified substitute therapist or reschedule the session at your convenience.
4. Child Safety, Supervision & Health Guidelines
The safety and wellbeing of all children is our foremost priority:
- Parents or authorized adult guardians must remain on premises in the waiting area during therapy sessions unless otherwise arranged with the clinical director.
- Children must be accompanied by an authorized adult during drop-off and pick-up.
- Illness Protocol: To protect all children and clinical staff, please keep your child home if they exhibit contagious symptoms (such as fever, acute cold/cough, conjunctivitis, or stomach viruses). Sessions can be rescheduled once symptom-free.
5. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms
Our payment policies are transparent and structured:
- Consultation and therapy fees are communicated prior to scheduling and payable at the clinic desk or through approved digital payment modes.
- Session packages or monthly retainers are non-transferable and subject to validity periods agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
- Detailed invoices and receipts are issued for all clinical services.
6. Medical Advice & Website Content Disclaimer
The content, milestone checklists, self-assessment tools, and blog articles provided on our website are intended strictly for educational, awareness, and informational purposes. They do not constitute formal medical or psychiatric diagnoses. You must always consult qualified developmental pediatricians and licensed therapists for clinical evaluations tailored to your child.
7. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property
We strive to maintain a respectful, supportive, and kind atmosphere:
- Respectful behavior is expected toward all therapists, administrative staff, fellow parents, and children at all times.
- All website assets, logos, brand elements, and written materials belong exclusively to Mother's Angel and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our clinical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
